We also wanted to replace our 80 gallon hot water heater and have it extracted from the basement. We spoke with four different contractors, but decided to go with VEO. Actually, we were existing VEO customers for years, but we wanted to do our due diligence with such a big project. Our decision was made easy by the way the owner of the company personally got involved to "win back our business." Not to mention, they are local and their employees are very talented, polite and work very quickly. The best part was that the quote for the entire job was lower than we expected. I've known the Van Etten family for most of my life and have done business with them for quite a few years. I have always found them to honest, friendly, professional and completely above board. Today I had them put in a 250 gallon tank for a propane generator. Both of the men who were here, Barry and Mike, were great!
